Conservation Board Members

Palo Alto County Conservation Board holds its regular monthly business meetings the 2nd Thursday of each month. Meetings are held at 1 pm at the Farm Service Agency in Emmetsburg.

Conservation Board Members:
	John Spies, Chair John is life time resident of Emmetsburg. John was President and CEO of Iowa Trust & Savings Bank in Emmetsburg and retired several years ago. John has served on the Board since 1994
	Tim Murphy, Vice Chair Tim is from Ruthven and is employed with Skoglund Meat Lock in West Bend. Tim has served on the Board since 2001.
	Don Hagen, Secretary Don farms near Cylinder and works part time at the NRCS office in Emmetsburg. Don is active in the Algona Archery. Don has served on the Board since 2002.
	Jack Parisi, Emmetsburg Jack is from Emmetsburg and is a state certified Paramedic Specialist and works for the Palo Alto County Health System as Director of Ambulance Operations. Jack is an avid sportsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. He is President of the Palo Alto County Pheasants Forever Chapter and serves on multiple boards/committees local and state-wide. Jack has served on the Board since 2003.
	Tony Streit, West Bend Tony farms near West Bend and has served on the Board since 2002.
