The Palo Alto Soil & Water Conservation District and the Palo Alto County Conservation Board are sponsoring a Photography Contest. The contest encourages people of all ages to get out and enjoy Palo Alto County's many unique and beautiful sites!!!

Contest Rules:

Photographs must be taken somewhere in Palo Alto County
Photographs must be 8x10, or 8x12 and framed. Frames, with or without matting, can be any size.
The photo must be READY TO HANG - If photo is not ready to hang, it will be ineligible
Provide the following information on the back of the framed photo: 1. Name 2. Address 3. Phone 4. Picture Title 5. Location of Photo 6. Age
The Photo must be taken between July 2003 through July 2004.

The framed photograph will be displayed in the County Conservation Board booth at the fair. The public will be asked to vote for their favorite photograph, (only the title of the photograph will be displayed). The winner will be announced on the last day of the fair.

Deadline is July 16, 2004

Photos are due at the Palo Alto SWCD by July 16. The office is located on Hwy 18 west of the Dairy Queen in Emmetsburg.
